Driven by a passion for business ownership, and a true understanding of why not everyone is suited for a cubicle in corporate America. We are driven to provide expert guidance, and support to those who aspire to own their own business.

Diverse level of experience in sales, operations, training, recruitment, and general management. Being able to share valuable insights and experience with our clients. With a wide array of knowledge and experience that crosses all franchise segments including restaurants, retail, fitness, beauty, B2B and B2C, and home service franchise brands.

FranAtlas is led by its founder, Steven Reppert, a seasoned franchise professional, with nearly two decades of franchising experience. Steven has owned multiple franchises and has also worked for franchisors. As a franchisee, Steven has numerous firsthand experiences, early adopter of a new brand, franchisee advisory council committee, multi-unit operator, multi-state owner. In addition to purchasing and launching new locations, Steve also acquired underperforming locations and set a record for quickest unit turnaround revenue growth. Later on, successfully exiting those businesses. As a director on the franchisor side, Steve was a part of a large multi-brand franchisor company that experienced substantial growth during his tenure. As a result of this diverse experience in franchising, Steve is now focused on helping others achieve their own dreams of freedom through business ownership.

We use a data-driven approach, while sharing experience and insights into the industry to match our clients with a business that fits all aspects of their personal and business lifestyle goals.

On our initial discovery call, we’ll get to know you to better understand if this is a good path for you. Along the way you’ll fill out a brief questionnaire that can help to gain additional insights into the right fit. Our team conducts regular coaching calls to help guide you as questions and concerns arise.
